If you are an older adult and would like information on local services, join LAMP Community Health Centre, Stonegate Community Health Centre, and the West Toronto Ontario Health Team as we a community health and wellness fair on Sat. Nov. 4, 2023.

Location: Stonegate Community Health Centre, 10 Neighbourhood Ln, Suite 201

The event will centre around the theme of “aging healthfully.” Attendees can expect a free catered lunch, zumba, drumming session, health workshops and the following free health services:

• On-site blood pressure and cholesterol check

• Social workers & mental health counsellors

• Naturopathic doctors

• Reflexologist for a complimentary session

• Paraffin treatment for improved circulation

• Connect with a primary care physician

• Chair massages

Sessions and Workshops:

• Zumba with Karen

  • 12 p.m.

• Aging Well Workshop

  • 1 p.m.

• Cancer Education Workshop

  • 3 p.m.

A raffle will also take place where you can win prizes such as wellness baskets, gift cards, and more!
