• 12 p.m.: Stretching and mobility session

• 1 p.m.: Aging Well Workshop with a registered dietitian

• 3 p.m.: Caner Education Workshop

The following free health services will be provided throughout the event:

• Nurses on-site to check your blood pressure

• Social workers and mental health counsellor

• Reflexologist (complimentary session)

• Paraffin treatment for improved circulation

• Connect with a primary care physician
