WTOHT submits full application

In July, the West Toronto Ontario Heath Team (WTOHT) was notified that our Progress Report, submitted in January, was reviewed and we were permitted to move ahead and submit our full application. Thanks to the hard work and contributions of our members we have been able to develop our application in preparation for submission which was due September 18, 2020. We are pleased to announce that the WTOHT application has been submitted. The Ministry of Health has indicated that submitted applications will be reviewed and we will receive correspondence regarding our approval by mid-October. We look forward to reporting back on the West Toronto application when we receive further information.
