Collaborative moving ahead

On July 23, 2020 the West Toronto OHT collaborative was notified that its Progress Report, submitted in January, 2020 in conjunction with our original Self-Assessment, has been reviewed by the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry has invited the collaborative to move forward in the OHT process.

This is a positive step forward that will allow the WTOHT to complete its full application, due in September, 2020.

We are very pleased to have the opportunity to formally advance the status of the OHT work in West Toronto and will provide updates as milestones are achieved.
