• 11:30 a.m.: stretching for mobility

• 1 p.m.: Healthy Aging & The Gut presentation

• 1:45 p.m.: Zumba dancing

• 3 p.m.: Step Up for Bone Health presentation

The following free health services will be provided throughout the event:

• Nurses on-site to check your blood pressure

• Social workers, mental health counsellor and naturopathic doctor

• Reflexologist (complimentary session)

• Paraffin treatment for improved circulation

• Connect with a primary care physician

• Chair massage
